Pastor Don Curran

Dear Fellow Servant:
It is my joy and privilege to introduce and to recommend Dan and Jan Jalowiec and their family as missionary candidates to Zambia, Africa.

I have known this couple their entire married life. I have known Jan since she was a teenager. As a teenager Jan ministered during the summers at our church run summer camp. She was what I considered a leader among teens, not a follower.

Someone once said, “The greatest ability is dependability.” Dan has prepared himself having completed his degree with the North Star Bible Institute of our church and has demonstrated the ability to do the work of the ministry and to do it faithfully with grace and charity. He is a diligent, hard working, dependable man that has a servantʼs heart. He is a man that I can trust to do a job prayerfully to the best of his ability and well.

The Jalowiecs are a fine Christian family. As Bible-believers, they love the Lord and are zealous to do His will. Their children are wonderful examples of active Christian young men and young women and will be a great asset on the mission field. I can without reservation give them my recommendation. They love the souls of men, women and children and are worthy of our support. As Dan and Janʼs sending church, we certainly plan to support them financially and prayerfully. In addition, my wife and I plan on personally supporting them.

Our Lord said, “The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few.” I trust that you and other pastors will respond with the sense of urgency needed to help us get this family on the field at the earliest possible date. In my opinion they are worthy of our support and prayers. I believe that the people who have a part in supporting and supplying the Jalowiecs on the mission field will reap with them an eternal harvest of souls in these closing days of opportunity, for the honor and glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
